All Teams

  • Every player's birth certificate
  • Copy of official USA Hockey roster
  • Contact info for:
  • Missouri Hockey age level commissioner
  • Opposing team staff

What you need to do prior to each home game

  • Check referee schedule on MIHOA website to ensure your game is properly covered
  • Schedule parents for game management roles (it is best to make a schedule and have every family take a turn for each position):
  • Official scorekeeper (scoresheet)
  • Scoreboard operator
  • Penalty box attendant (if needed)
  • Prepare iPad for GameSheet scoresheet

gamesheet

Missouri Hockey uses GameSheet to keep score for all league games.

Activation codes will be sent to managers before the season starts. Managers must bring an iPad to every home game and are responsible for uploading the game and making sure someone keeps score.

GameSheet offers weekly live trainings, if you're interested. Additionally, here are two guides to help you get started:

roster stickers (for paper scoresheets)

With the growing utilization of GameSheet, your team will not be using many paper scoresheets. That said, roster stickers may still be useful for you for the handful of times you do still use a paper scoresheet.

Rather than fill out your roster and coaches' information on every scoresheet, you should make roster stickers. The best size stickers to use are Avery 5163 labels (10 to a sheet).

Information that should be included on these labels should be:

  • Team Name
  • Players' numbers and first & last names
  • Coaches' names and CEP numbers
  • Team Manager's phone & email
