Lounge 72: Honoring Colin Brown
The Affton Hockey Club is proud to honor beloved player Colin Brown and keep his spirit alive in our organization.
The Brown Family generously donated a portion of the money raised in Colin’s memory to Affton Hockey. This money, along with matching funds from Affton Hockey, will be used to renovate the upstairs meeting room at the Affton Ice Rink and the room will be renamed "Lounge 72" to honor Colin Brown.
The project is currently under construction and the first phase should be complete in November 2025.

In addition to the Lounge 72 project, Colin Brown’s number 72 is retired at all levels of Affton Hockey, including Affton Americans Club Hockey, Lady Liberty Hockey, Affton Americans Central States Hockey, St. Louis Eagles Hockey and St. Louis JR. Blues. All Affton Americans Midget Central States jerseys will include a patch in memory of Colin, honoring the impact he had on our club.
