Parents Meetings
Affton Hockey Board of Managers holds a Parent Meeting following each board meeting during the regular hockey season. These meetings are held on the third Monday of the month from September through March at 7:00 pm in Lounge72 at the Affton Ice Rink.

- March 15 (annual election for Board of Managers)
Membership Requirements & Voting Eligibility
Parent meetings are open to all constituents of the Affton Hockey Club. As outlined in the Affton Athletic Association bylaws, the following individuals are eligible for constituency:
- The immediate family unit of each child or children enrolled in Affton Hockey program. The family unit constitutes a single constituent.
- Residents of the greater St. Louis metropolitan area who evidence interest and purpose may be admitted as a constituent upon recommendation of a present constituent and upon subsequent approval by the Affton Athletic Association Board of Governors.
A constituent may become a voting member by attending two consecutive parent meetings. After attending two consecutive meetings, voting rights commence at the constituent’s next attended meeting. Absence from three consecutive parent meetings results in the loss of voting rights and the process must be repeated.
