Age Levels / Zip Codes

Missouri Hockey Youth Division affiliate clubs are districted by zip codes with each club assigned specific zip codes. Players are required to register with the appropriate club based on their primary zip code. Players living in a shared zip code have the option to register with any club assigned the shared zip code.

Affton Exclusive Zip Codes:

63111, 63116, 63123, 63126

Affton Shared Zip Codes:

63109, 63110, 63139 (shared with Rockets)

63125, 63127, 63128 (shared with Meramec)

Youth hockey is based on calendar year birth dates and breaks down as follows:

Learn-To-Play: Open to all kids, generally 3 to 12 years old

6U ADM (Mini Mite): Ages 5 and 6

8U ADM (Mite): Ages 7 and 8

10U (Squirt): Ages 9 and 10

12U (PeeWee): Ages 11 and 12

14U (Bantam): Ages 13 and 14

15U (Midget Minor): Age 15

16U (Midget Minor): Age 15 and 16

18U (Midget Major): Age 17 and 18

Jr. Blues (Juniors): Age 16 to 20
