ATTENTION: All players must be registered prior to tryouts.  

 

Registration Process (2 steps) 

STEP 1: 

Register online for USA Hockey number (previously referred to as IMR).  This is hockey insurance. 

1. Go to www.usahockey.com and click on the “register online” button.
2. Choose member type:  Ice Player & Coaches.
3. Check the “I am currently 18 years of age or older”  check box.
4. Select the correct season – 2011-12
5. Follow the prompts, fill in all data correctly.  Be sure to choose MO as the state your team is based in.  (this is step 4 of the registration process)
6. Checkout – Credit or debit cards are accepted.  You will be paying for the USA Hockey number which is for insurance.  This payment is only for the USA Hockey number and not the Affton club fees.
7. You may print your Confirmation page at this time.  It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.  
 

STEP 2:

1. Register online with Affton Hockey Association. Click on "Registration" link. (You will need the USA Hockey number acquired from step 1).
2. At the cart you will have a choice to either pay in full or pay a $300.00 deposit.  If you choose to pay the $300.00 you will then be automatically billed for half of the remaining balance on 9/15/11 and the other half of the remaining balance on 11/15/2011.
